Account & Registration

A personal account must be created to access services on 55l89. Providing accurate and truthful information during registration is mandatory. 55l89 reserves the right to close any account where false or misleading information has been provided.
2.2 Single Account Ownership
- Each individual may create only one account.
- Creating multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method is prohibited.
- Account login credentials may not be shared with or transferred to anyone else.
- Any unauthorized access to an account must be reported to 55l89 immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification
55l89 may request identity verification from a Member at any time. Government-issued identification (National ID, passport, or driving license) and proof of address may be required for verification. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
The following eligibility conditions must be met to use the 55l89 platform:
- The Member must be at least 21 years old.
- The Member must be a legally competent individual.
- Creating an account on behalf of a minor or accessing gaming services for a minor is strictly prohibited.
- Any person who has been banned or suspended from 55l89 may not re-register.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits
The following payment methods are currently active on 55l89: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.
- Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
- Only payment methods registered in the Member's own name may be used.
- Deposits made using a third party's payment method will be considered void.
- No processing fee applies to deposits.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Processing a withdrawal request generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold if bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
- Large withdrawal amounts may be delayed until identity verification is complete.
- 55l89 reserves the right to suspend a withdrawal pending investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New Members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 as a bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- Example: Deposit ৳42,000 and receive the maximum bonus of ৳20,000 — total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement
A 10x wagering requirement applies to bonuses. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each Member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
- 55l89 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If a bonus is claimed through multiple accounts or by fraudulent means, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be closed.

Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Policy
The following policies apply to both sports betting and casino gaming on 55l89:
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
- If an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, 55l89 reserves the right to void or review that bet.
- Bet outcomes will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant game provider.

6.2 Sports Betting
